Many also hold senior leadership, training and academic appointments, including Director of Training for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO), Paediatric Ophthalmology Lead on the RANZCO Global Eye Health Committee and Honorary Senior Lecturer roles with the University of Auckland, helping to strengthen clinical standards and specialist education in eye care.
